After transferring from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002, one of my roommates at Embry-Riddle was an SAE and the other one belonged to a different fraternity. I was opposed to Greek life entering college and my other roommate lived up to every Greek stereo type there was but not the SAE. I saw something different in the SAEs and it sparked my interest in Greek life. I pledged in the fall of 2002 as part of pledge class XI and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The people you meet, the experiences you have, and the opportunities that are given to you go completely against any stereotype you have of Greek life. Live by our creed "The True Gentleman" and you will go far in life. I graduated from Embry-Riddle in 2004 and I am currently a Saab 340 Captain for Colgan Air based in Ithaca, NY. I owe a lot of the Leadership skills I need to do my job to SAE.

Faculty Advisor.

I pledged SAE in the Fall of 2001, which if you're keen on FL RHO history, you'll know that as the year of the MU. It was considerably one of the best moves of my life, because I feel many of my innerpersonal skills and experiences were gained during my years as an SAE undergrad. I've carried them through with me to this day and I'm proud that I'm a part of such a rich heritage. It's my hope that each and every underclassman work hard at school and their fraternity so that when they graduate they can truly grasp the sense of what it means to be an SAE, and cash in on the many dividends that being a part of such a great organization affords them.
